If the doctor ruled out pregnancy on the ultrasound and the pregnancy tests performed are negative, you can rule out pregnancy. In the 6th week of pregnancy, an ultrasound (also through the abdominal wall) can show a small embryo with a curved shape.
A more accurate examination is a vaginal ultrasound. The abdominal examination is usually performed at a later stage of pregnancy. However, the description shows that the doctor found a visible cyst on the ovary and ruled out the presence of an embryo inside the uterus, which indicates that there was no pregnancy. I attach an additional opinion in a similar query:
There are several types of cysts on the ovaries. Some have the effect of stopping bleeding. The literature presents data indicating that the larger the cyst, the greater the discomfort. Symptoms associated with cysts include, m.in, menstrual cycle disorders, a feeling of pressure in the lower abdomen or pressure on the bladder, as well as mid-cycle spotting.
If bleeding does not occur in the near future, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. You can also take advantage of teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

If you are planning intercourse and do not want to get pregnant, I encourage you to read our articles on contraception:
I will also add that the symptoms are sometimes pain in the breast, lower abdomen, lower back and belching after eating, pregnancy tests come out negative
