Hello, if I take the Symbella contraceptive pills at
10:00 a.m. and I will have to take it at 6:30 a.m. because of going to the mountains. Will the effectiveness be maintained if I take a single tablet 3.5 hours earlier?

The effectiveness is maintained and there is no reason to worry. The tablets should be taken every day, at the same time of the day - you take the pills in the morning, so the 3.5-hour difference in this case does not matter for the effectiveness of the therapy.

To avoid unplanned bleeding or mid-cycle spotting, it is advisable to take the tablets at about the same time. However, as I mentioned, one-time exceptions are possible.
