Is it after discontinuation Encorton Acne will go away?

Hello. I've been taking Encorton for 2 months now and I have quite strong acne and a swollen face. Will everything go down after the end of treatment? I started with a dose of 150mg per day, now I have 30mg.

Acne after using Encorton (prednisolone, glucocorticoid) is one of the possible side effects. Encorton affects the endocrine system, which can lead to skin changes, including the appearance of acne.

After stopping Encorton, acne usually gradually subsides as hormone levels in the body return to normal, which reduces sebum production and dermatitis. However, this process can take different times, depending on the individual body's response. If it persists - consult a dermatologist.
