Can a change in diet (less vitamin C) affect the Liberelle contraceptive pill?
9.99 zł

Hello, if I ate a lot of different vegetables for a week while on vacation, and after returning from it I returned to my standard diet, could it affect the Liberella contraceptive pills due to the reduction of vitamin C intake? Can this situation only occur when supplementing large amounts of this vitamin with various preparations?

Changing your diet does not affect the effectiveness of birth control pills - there is no reason to worry.

Vitamin C does not weaken the effectiveness of contraception, which we wrote about in the attached thread: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/72044/belara-czy-witamina-c-oslabia-skutecznosc-antykoncepcji
