Are the drowsiness and fatigue during the fourth week of taking Aciprex 10mg temporary, or is the dose too low?
Hello, I started the 4th week of Aciprex 10mg, at first it was hard but I noticed an increase in energy and better mood, unfortunately now I feel terrible drowsiness and fatigue, yes the anxiety goes away but this drowsiness makes it difficult to function normally .. I just want to lie down and sleep. Is it temporary or is the 10mg dose too low? :/

The drowsiness and tiredness you feel are known side effects of Aciprex (escitalopram) and are temporary.
