Caution should be exercised when combining Mibrex with Majamil.
Majamil contains diclofenac, a substance from the group of NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), which may increase the anticoagulant effect of rivaroxaban - a substance contained in Mibrex. Follow the dosing schedule you have established with your doctor closely and consult your doctor urgently if you notice unusual bleeding (e.g. from the nose), general malaise, weakness, significantly prolonged bleeding from any wounds, subcutaneous hematomas, tarry faeces or other worrying symptoms. Such a combination should be avoided by people with diagnosed gastrointestinal diseases, such as gastric and duodenal ulcers, etc.
