Can I combine Amotax with Clexane and Acard while pregnant?

I'm 23 weeks pregnant. I am taking clexane 0.4 and acard 150mg, can I take amotaxis with these drugs due to urinary tract infections?

According to the manufacturer of Amotax:
"Amoxicillin can be used in women in pregnancy only if the expected benefits outweigh the risks associated with the treatment."

Thus, if your doctor recommends it, you can take Amotax. There are also no contraindications to combining this antibiotic with Clexane and Acard.
