What to do if, after 2 days of taking this medicine, Palexia Retard I don't feel any improvement?

Maximum blood levels of tapentadol (the active substance in Palexia Retard) are reached approximately 3-6 hours after administration. A stable level of the drug in the blood is achieved on the second day of therapy. If you do not feel any improvement, you should consult your doctor again.
