An Agatston score of 433.6 in the 74th percentile indicates advanced coronary atherosclerosis, which translates into a much higher risk of a coronary event compared to people your age. In this situation, it is important to consult your doctor. The interpretation of blood test results should be carried out from the perspective of a specialist and take into account the clinical context and the patient's individual well-being. As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information:

The prescribed medications – ASS-Cardio 100 mg and Atorvastatin 40 mg – are the standard procedure to lower the risk of a cardiovascular event in patients with advanced atherosclerosis. Atorvastatin helps lower LDL cholesterol and ASS-Cardio prevents blood clots from forming.

Feeling lightheaded after taking medication can be a side effect, especially at the beginning of therapy. It's a good idea to consult your doctor, who may adjust your dosage or consider changing your medication to eliminate this symptom. If you are concerned about this situation, it is always advisable to consult a doctor who can give you more personalized advice. If you do not have the opportunity to take advantage of the advice, I am attaching a link to the online teleconsultation:

It is important to continue taking your prescribed medications, as stopping therapy can increase your risk of a cardiovascular event. Follow-up therapy is key to lowering the risk of a coronary event.

Any modifications to the therapy, including dose change or discontinuation of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician who is familiar with your medical condition in detail: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki
