According to the manufacturer's instructions, if you do not take the 11th tablet of Qlaira, take the missed tablet immediately and the next tablet at the scheduled time (even if it means taking two tablets on the same day). Take the next tablets as usual. Use additional contraception for 9 consecutive days. If you have unprotected intercourse within the next 9 days, conception may occur due to the reduced effectiveness of hormonal contraception.
