Common side effects of Polfenon include, m.in, abdominal pain, vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea, constipation, dry mouth. As a standard, no protective drugs are used with the preparation. In case the stomach pain persists, I encourage you to consult your doctor. Your doctor may decide to introduce you to an additional medicine or change your treatment. You can also take advantage of a teleconsultation via e.g. the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
