I don't know what you mean by "strong antibiotic".
Polamoklav is a bactericidal antibiotic against bacteria that cause infections. It contains two different substances: amoxicillin and clavulanic acid. Polamoklav is used in adults and children to treat infections of the middle ear and paranasal sinuses, respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin and soft tissues, dental, bones and joints.
