Yes, you can take Trittico XR in the morning, especially if your doctor told you to.
According to the manufacturer's recommendations in the Summary of Product Characteristics, Trittico XR should be taken just before bedtime, on an empty stomach (preferably about 2 hours after a meal), with plenty of water.
