Hello, before I was taking the Noranelle 30 but I only had very painful periods and recently I changed for the Seasonic pill but I'm afraid for the blood clot and heart attack it's the 2nd pill is there any risks because I'm wondering if I should continue it or not

The use of combined hormonal contraceptives such as Seasonique is associated with an increased risk of blood clots compared to when the therapy is not used.
The consequences of blood clots can be, for example, a heart attack or stroke.
Unfortunately, every contraceptive therapy is fraught with side effects.
However, the manufacturer of the medicine mentions that the overall risk of harmful blood clots caused by the use of Seasonique is small.
In order to obtain a prescription for this drug, the doctor should conduct an interview that will allow for safe therapy.
