Good morning
I would like to use evra patches again, but I go to swimming pools and saunas 3 times a week and I would prefer the patch not to be visible to other people. Therefore, can I remove the patch for 3 hours, 3 times a week?

No, you should not use any hormonal contraception "arbitrarily". The patches must be dosed strictly according to the manufacturer's recommendations:
"EVRA starts on the first day of your period. Apply one patch and wear it for one week (7 days). The date on which the patch was first applied ("Day 1"/"Start Day") is the "Patch Change Days". The "Patch Change Day" must always fall on the same day of the week (i.e. 8th, 15th, 22nd "Cycle Day" and "1st Day" of the next cycle). In the fourth week (starting from the "22nd Day") the patch is not applied. "
In any other situation, the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, i.e. the hormonal pathway responsible for the reproductive functions of the female body, will not be inhibited. This means that patches applied irregularly will not perform their function and will not protect against pregnancy.
The patch can be applied to the buttocks or in another area covered by clothing:
"EVRA should be applied to clean, dry, hairless and intact healthy skin around the buttocks, abdomen, outer upper arm or upper torso where tight clothing will not rub against the patch."
