I'm taking Drovelis. I've been taking an antibiotic with doxycycline in the last month. Bleeding always occurred with the second placebo tablet, this month instead of the standard bleeding there was a slight spotting that started on the day of taking the last active tablet. Could it be due to the use of an antibiotic? Pregnancy was ruled out.

Yes, doxycycline can reduce the effect of birth control pills - it can make bleeding not occur on time or cause spotting instead of bleeding.
The situation should normalize in the next cycle.
