Cube pessaries are used, m.in, in the case of urinary incontinence, disorders of the statics of the reproductive organs in women, as well as other pelvic ailments. The decision to use a particular type and size of cube pessary should be made after consultation with your doctor. Your doctor will assess whether a Calmona or Dr Arabin pessary is more effective for you.
Both pessaries are made of non-toxic silicone. They are easy to remove and put on for most patients.
