Can I split Betaloc ZOK 50 in half? What happens if I take half a tablet of the medicine Betaloc ZOK 50?

What happens if I take half a tablet of Betaloc ZOK 50 47.5mg?
I take one pill a day and I feel weak - my pulse drops to 55 and my blood pressure drops to 104 to 66, and I feel dizzy and stressed about the fear of passing out. Would anything happen if I took half of it?

Do not divide Betaloc ZOK 50 tablets into two parts. The scale on the tablet allows the tablet to be broken for easier swallowing and does not affect the even distribution of the dose.

Taking half tablets of Betaloc ZOK 50 does not provide a stable dose, which may reduce the effectiveness of the therapy or increase side effects.

If you think that the effect of the drug is too strong, I encourage you to consult your doctor. You can also take advantage of teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

I am attaching a link that allows you to check the availability of the drug and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:

Dizziness can be one of the side effects of the drug. I encourage you to report their speech. Reporting of adverse drug reactions allows you to increase control over the medicines available on the market. We wrote more about how and why to report side effects in the article:

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
