Is spotting at the end of the 2nd of the combined packs Liberelle Is it normal?

I've been taking Liberlle pills for almost half a year now. I've taken two packs in a row before and I've never had anything like it. Now I'm just taking the second pack without taking a break and tomorrow I was supposed to take the last pill and take a break. However, I just felt like I was on my period and got reddish-brown spotting. Yesterday I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Should I be anxious or finish the packaging and wait for the normal period?

When combining 2 packs of Liberelle, you may experience unexpected bleeding or spotting at the end of the second pack. You can finish the packaging you are using and take a break. Spotting does not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
