Can brown spotting after taking Escapelle mean I am pregnant?

That Thursday I took the contraceptive pill vines 12 and a half hours late, for fear of pregnancy I took the pill the day after escapelle. After that, I had sex with a presupture and continued to take vines pills. Today, 8 days after taking the pill, the day after there is a strange brown mucus with small lumps. Is this the result of taking an extra dose of hormones? Should I be concerned about pregnancy?
