Good morning. I take 25mg of Zoloft (sertraline) in the morning and 50mg of Trittico at night. My back hurts terribly today, can I take Nimesil?

Zoloft, Trittico and Nimesil are prescription medicines that can be used together if they have been prescribed by doctors who have been informed of all the preparations they are taking.
Caution should be exercised when Zoloft and Trittico are used concomitantly with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), Nimesil belongs to this group. This combination may increase the risk of bleeding, especially in people with a history of bleeding. If you belong to this group of patients, a better choice of painkiller will be, for example, paracetamol. If there is no history of bleeding problems, including gastrointestinal bleeding, NSAIDs may be used on an ad hoc basis. Be aware of a possible interaction if it is observed, report it to your doctor.
