Hello, I have a question, if I change my contraception from dionelle tablets to ginoring ring, should I take a normal 7-day break or apply it on the first day of bleeding?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics:
'Ginoring should be inserted at the latest on the day following a break in the use of the pill or transdermal patch, or after a period of use of placebo-containing tablets of a previously used combined hormonal contraceptive.
If you have used your previous method of contraception regularly and correctly and if you are certain that you are not pregnant, you can switch from your previous combined hormonal contraception to
vaginal therapeutic system on any day of the cycle."
You can apply the disc after a break or on the first day of bleeding.
