Can I use the NuvaRing open disc in a month?
Good morning
I use a nuva ring and I was sure that it fell out, I opened the second one and applied it and at that moment I felt that the first one was inside me. Can I use the one I just put in and immediately take out next month or should I throw it away?

It should be discarded. Such a disc can only be reused for 3 hours, then it must be disposed of. It should not be used in the following month.
