Does Collagen premium SFD affect the effectiveness of Sidretella tablets?

Hello.
Can I safely consume Collagen premium SFD while taking the contraceptive pill, Sidretella 20? It contains a large dose of vitamin C and frankincense resin extract.

You can limit your intake of citrus fruits and foods rich in vitamin C, or reduce your collagen intake.

collagen alone already has 1000 mg of vitamin C, plus vitamin C provided from vegetables and fruits, then the safe limit will already be exceeded. Should you lower your collagen dosage?

A dose of vitamin C exceeding 1000mg per day may affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception, in this preparation this dose is not exceeded. I do not find any information that frankincense resin extract has an effect on the effectiveness of contraception.
According to the currently available knowledge, the ingredients of SFD premium Collagen contained in 1 serving of 20g do not adversely affect the effectiveness of the contraceptive pill Sidretella.

We have written about substances that affect the effectiveness of contraception here:

You can book Sidretella at the pharmacy of your choice via Gdziepolek:
