I've been taking birth control pills for 1.5 years (orlifique) at 8:00 p.m., recently I had intercourse with my fiancé on the 8th day after a 7-day break from taking them but before 8:00 p.m. The partner ended up inside me. Is there a chance of pregnancy or was I still protected on the 8th day before taking the pill?:/

From your description, I gather that you took the tablets correctly and there was no delay in taking the first tablet from the blister. Therefore, contraceptive protection was maintained - with the correct use of the pills, it is maintained throughout the period of use, including during the break.
