Take Citabax and I don't feel any improvement - what should I do?

Good morning I wanted to know I have been taking citabax since July first 10 mg a day after some time the doctor increased me to 20 mg a day in the morning and evening. After some time he increased my dose to 30 mg, so in the morning 20 and in the evening 10 anxiety, I still had anxiety, now I have 40 mg a day and I have been taking it for over 2 weeks, but I don't see any big changes in my health because anxiety and nerves are still what to do.
Can anyone help

Don't worry, you'll have to wait. I also increased from 30 to 40 and only after 6 weeks there is an improvement, so don't panic. I wish you good health and best regards

It may take up to several months for the symptoms of anxiety disorders to disappear completely from the time of selecting the appropriate dose of the drug. If you do not feel any improvement, it is worth reporting it to your doctor - it may be advisable to choose a different therapy.

I've attached helpful materials:

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
