Can Trexan Neo affect liver enzyme values?

He has been using methotrexate (trexan neo) for over 2 years. I do regular check-ups; creatinine ALT and AST. For about 1.5 years, the results were normal. Recently, ALT and AST have increased significantly. Is it possible that this drug has started to harm me now or is it somewhere else to look for the cause?

A very common side effect of Trexan Neo is an increase in liver enzymes. If you have had elevated enzyme values in recent tests, I encourage you to consult your doctor. Your doctor will decide on the further therapeutic course of action in your case.
