Concomitant use of Seronil and Aspirin C may increase the risk of damage to the gastric mucosa - these drugs should not be combined. What's more, aspirin very often causes gastrointestinal ailments.

Information in the summary of product characteristics:

"Gastrointestinal disorders:

Stomach and abdominal pain, heartburn, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract, potentially life-threatening gastrointestinal bleeding: overt (fussy vomiting, tarry stools) or latent (bleeding occurs more frequently the higher the dose); gastric or duodenal ulcers, perforation, intestinal stenosis enteropathy (especially with long-term use)."

Taking into account the information contained in your question, I suggest that you see a gastroenterologist to assess your symptoms (especially if the stomach pain is recurrent).

On our website, it is possible to order a teleconsultation with a doctor - in case of any doubts, I encourage you to take advantage of this option:
