As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information:
Tardyferon: To minimize the risk of discomfort from the
digestive system, it is worth taking iron preparations together with
with a meal. The tablets should be swallowed whole with water. It is forbidden to chew them, suck them or keep them in the mouth.

Selenium: Selenium in the form of sodium selenite should be taken 1-2 hours before a meal. Selenium yeast containing selenium in the form of selenomethionine with a meal. Please note the possibility of overdose. Upper tolerable intake level (UL) of 300 μg/day.
