Does taking the 1st tablet of Yaz on day 1 of my cycle provide effective contraceptive protection?

Hello, I started taking Jazz 4 days ago. I started on the first day of the cycle, and chose a convenient time at 22:30. At the time of unprotected intercourse, I took 3 pills, strictly on time. The ejaculation was inward. Can you please tell me if the risk of unwanted pregnancy is high?
