If I take concor cor 1.25 and telmizek hct 40 until noon, can I safely take hydroxyzine vp in the evening, because it supposedly lowers blood pressure?

The Summary of Product Characteristics does not mention the risk of excessive lowering of blood pressure. Hydroxyzine may interact with some antiarrhythmic medicines, while the medicines mentioned in the description are not included in the list of preparations that require special care.
