Can I take Nimesil if I took Aglan in the morning?
For the last 3 days I have been accompanied by severe pain in the chest and intercostal spaces. Today at 9.00 am I took Aglan 15mg, but it didn't help. Can I take Nimesil at 10:00 p.m.? Thank you for your reply

Aglan and Nimesil are preparations obtained from a pharmacy on the basis of a valid doctor's prescription. Both medicines should be used as directed by your doctor.
The combination of Aglan and Nimesil is not recommended due to an increased risk of side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding.
