Does the 5-hour delay affect the effectiveness of Atyvia pills?

Hello. I'm taking Atywia pills (without taking breaks). I'm in the process of taking the 5th pack and I took the 16th pill 5 hours late (my time of taking it was 7:15 p.m., and I took it just after midnight around 00:15 a.m.). I took the next pill at the same time. Has efficacy been impaired and is there a risk of pregnancy? I would like to add that 2 days later I had intercourse (on Sunday)...
