Good morning. I've also had an ischemic stroke and I've been using Nilogrin for less than a year. My hair is falling out by the handfuls, I've already lost 2/3 of it, the trichologist is powerless (I've been treated by him for 7 months). Coming back to neurological matters, I feel a slight pressure in my head and hear tinnitus. Smaller after the use of medications, but still it is. Did Nilogrin cause me hair loss?
