You may experience irregular spotting and bleeding during the first few months of treatment with Drovelis (except when you are taking placebo tablets). This is related to the so-called adaptation period to the use of contraceptives and does not affect the effectiveness of the drug. Irregular spotting and bleeding may occur even for the first 3-6 months.
