Is it normal for me to have diarrhea and worsening anxiety symptoms after Parogen and Paroxinor?

Hello, I took half a paroxinor parogen tablet this morning, today I started because I have anxiety neurosis and chest pains, after this medication I had diarrhea and pain and nerves intensified, in general I feel worse, is it normal at first?

Both Parogen and Paroxinor contain the same active substance and should not be combined.

If you are taking one of these medicines, you may see these symptoms at the beginning of your treatment. If they do not disappear within the next 2 weeks, it is worth consulting your doctor. You may need to change your dosage.
