Duloxetine (the active ingredient in Dulsevia) is an antidepressant that belongs to the group of serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs). There are no direct reports in the medical literature that duloxetine affects the effectiveness of birth control pills. Therefore, you have no reason to worry, you can use both preparations at the same time, preferably with at least 1-2 hours apart.
