The first effects of action occur after about 2-3 weeks, but the full effect is only felt after about 6 weeks.
It is important to speak with your doctor to discuss your concerns and current medical conditions. Your doctor will be best placed to judge whether a particular reaction is caused by that particular medication or if it could be related to other factors.
Also, please do not discontinue the drug on your own, also when it comes to sudden withdrawal from one day to the next. By discontinuing the drug, we may expose ourselves to unpleasant side effects such as insomnia, nervousness, low mood and others described in the leaflet as: "the effect caused by the sudden discontinuation of the drug". Any modifications to the therapy, including discontinuation of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician who is familiar with your health condition in detail:
