Can I combine treatment with Alpragen and melatone?
I've been taking Alpragen 0.5mg for years. I currently have an anxiety disorder, can I use Alpragen during the day and Melatonin at night?

It is not recommended to use Alpragen in combination with melatonin. The sedative effect may intensify.
Alprazolam (the active substance in Alpragen) is indicated for the short-term symptomatic treatment of anxiety in adults.
Alprazolam is only indicated in the case of severe disorders in which the symptoms are severe, prevent the patient from functioning properly or are very burdensome for him. I suggest contacting a specialist doctor who will help you choose the right anti-anxiety treatment and prescribe preparations to help you fall asleep.
