If I have taken two Vines tablets by mistake on the same day, can the withdrawal bleeding be delayed or not occur?

I mistakenly took the 3rd and 4th tablets of Vines in one day. I took the missing tablet from a spare blister so as not to change the day of the start of the cycle. Can withdrawal bleeding occur later or not occur at all?

As a rule, taking two tablets once on the same day does not affect bleeding. It should occur within the time limit.
However, bleeding or mid-cycle spotting may occur, in which case you should continue to take the tablets despite ongoing bleeding/spotting.
