He regularly takes combined contraceptive pills at 9 p.m. Unfortunately, I have recently struggled with persistent constipation and belching. So in the morning around 8 o'clock I took a portion of psyllium plantain. She helped me with the problem (diarrhea did not occur). However, I read later that it may have a bad effect on the effectiveness of contraception. Should I worry and treat such a pill as missed?

Psyllium seeds may weaken the effect of other medications taken at the same time, including birth control pills, if the preparations are used at the same time. If you keep a 3-4 hour interval between the seeds and the tablets, the drug will be absorbed properly, its effect will be preserved.
