Hello, I'm finishing the second pack of Symbella contraceptive pills (I have two pills left to finish). Yesterday I started to have dark brown spotting, but in the morning clots began to fly in this color, which now turn red as during withdrawal bleeding. And withdrawal bleeding should appear in 4 days. Is this intracyclic bleeding? Is it the bleeding already? I'll admit that I'm a little worried because I'm not going to take pills anymore because of trying to have a baby.

Bleeding that occurs during the use of active tablets, except for a 7-day break, is called mid-cycle bleeding. At the beginning of use of the contraceptive pill (e.g. Symbella), you may experience irregular spotting and bleeding. The adaptation period to the use of hormonal drugs can last up to 3-6 months. If you do not want to continue taking the medicine and want to try for a baby, you can stop taking the medicine at any time during the cycle.
I am attaching a link that allows you to check the availability of Symbella and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:
