Is it possible to combine Pramolan with herbal extracts that affect the nervous system?

Hello. When using Pramolan in the morning and evening, can I take ashwagandha / Mirano night / at night?

In the current literature I do not find information on potential interactions between opipramol contained in Pramolan and extracts of ashwagandha, lemon balm and saffron stigmas. However, this does not mean that the possibility of interaction can be completely excluded. There is a lack of information on the interaction of plant extracts with medicines. When using preparations containing the above-mentioned plant extracts, special care should be taken, paying particular attention to symptoms such as excessive drowsiness, concentration disorders or dizziness. In the event of disturbing symptoms, the use of preparations containing plant extracts that may affect the nervous system should be discontinued.
