How long after stopping the NuvaRing contraceptive disc will the migraines subside?
Good morning, for about a year I have been using the Nuvaring contraceptive ring, however in the last six months I have, throughout the month, frequent and strong migraines that prevent me from living peacefully. That's why I decided to stop using the ring. After how long can I hope that migraine episodes will stop?

If severe migraines have been associated with NuvaRing, they can be expected to resolve within a month of discontinuation of the disc.
If they do not subside, it is worth consulting a doctor. It will help diagnose the cause and choose a treatment that will allow you to function normally.
