Dorminox has a milder effect, is not addictive. Without consulting a doctor, treatment should not last more than 7 days.

The recommended starting dose is 12.5 mg taken 30 minutes before bedtime.
The dose can be increased to 25 mg if the initial dose does not provide sufficient relief of insomnia symptoms.
If you feel drowsy during the day, it is recommended to take the dose earlier to ensure at least 8 hours between the time from taking the product until waking up or, if you take a dose of 25 mg, reduce the dose next time to 12.5 mg (1 tablet).
The maximum daily dose should not exceed 25 mg (2 tablets) per day.
