From 1 September 2023, seniors over the age of 65 have acquired the right to free medicines. In addition, it was entitled to people over 75 years of age. The age limit for free medicines has been postponed. The list of 75+ is no longer there. It was replaced by a list of 65+ drugs.

Therefore, if your doctor issued reimbursed prescriptions (e.g. in connection with epilepsy), the drug will be free of charge from September. Please note that not every medicine is free of charge and not every doctor will issue such a prescription.
