Is a long intermittent bleeding after six months of using Vines a cause for concern?

Hello, I have been taking contraceptive pills for half a year, vines has always had delicate mid-cycle spotting, but recently after starting a new package in the middle of the cycle I got spotting from day to day they were larger until now, that is, up to 2 placebo tablets, it worries me that for more than 15 days bleeding and this jeszzcze is not menstruation which should be or I have reasons to worry I will mention that I have endometriosis and I do not know if it is Normal?

Spotting/bleeding may increase or lengthen and is not a cause for concern. In 10% of patients using low-dose contraception (e.g. Vines), abnormal bleeding is observed for up to 12 months after its implementation. If such long and intense bleeding continues, then you can consult a gynecologist to rule out non-hormonal causes.
