How to combine drugs Amoxicillin, Metronidazole, PPIs and Enterol at Helicobacter pylorii?

Hello, how to drink drugs for Helicobacter?
I didn't quite understand what and how to combine it. Prescribed medications: Amoxicillin 1000mg/2 times Metronidazole 500mg/3 times Once 1t/2 times Enteron 1t/2 times I also drink nebivolol, is it possible to combine it too?

Unless your doctor has advised otherwise:

PPIs are taken 2 times a day - 1 tablet half an hour before breakfast and 1 tablet half an hour before dinner

Amoxicillin - 1 tablet after breakfast and one after dinner - it is best to keep the interval between doses as equal as possible, e.g. 8 and 20 hours

Metronidazole - morning-noon evening, regardless of the meal, can be combined with Amoxicillin

Enterol at any time of the day.
