How to use birth control pills in the 21+7 regimen?
If I took the last contraceptive pill on Thursday and Friday was the first day without the pill, should I start the next pack on Friday? I take 21+7 pills.

The next pack should start on Friday. The whole cycle should last 28 days, i.e. 21 active tablets and 7 days break, then a new package.
