Should I skip placebo pills if I got bleeding in the last week of yellow Vibin tablets?

I got my period in the last week of yellow Vibin tablets, should I skip the placebo?
Recently, I have had a lot of stress and probably for this reason my period appeared over a week too early, exactly at the 2nd tablet of the 3rd week, 5 days before the placebo. I've never had this and I'm wondering if I should skip the placebo and start a new blister, or continue taking it as usual.
